Orson Durand was a musician, poet, and independent filmmaker. He ran the Satyr Bookstore, in Hollywood California, above which he set up a printing press and published several books under the Raven’s Head Press label, including his own fiction collection: Necromancy Street and Other Tales, originally self-published in 1931 in an edition of only 50 copies. A lost classic of American decadent occult fiction.
In addition to this standard hardcover, Necromancy Street was produced in a limited leather-bound edition (15 hand-numbered copies) available directly from Occult Press.
